Hawkins Cook (Kin) CMRP is the owner of Evergreen Management.
Kin has been in the Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability business for over 40 years.
He has served in different roles including Millwright, PM Mechanic, Planner Scheduler, Superintendent, Maintenance Director and Consultant. Kin has implemented maintenance management systems, trained maintenance managers, and staffed maintenance departments in multiple industries worldwide. Kin has managed multiple plant start-ups from Greenfield to steady state maintenance and production and was also involved as an implementer with one of the first CMMS programs ever marketed. Kin is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering. He is also an active member of the SMRP organization.
Peter Chalich, PE
Pete focuses largely on maintenance and reliability work process design and implementation.
He is a Certified Reliability Leader with Reliability Web and a Professional Engineer.
He experience covers 34 years serving industry in various technical, managerial, and consulting roles. 28 of these years have had a worldwide focus on industrial equipment maintenance, reliability, and lean manufacturing concepts. Pete is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
Verl L. Davis CMRP
Asset Management, Maintenance, and Reliability Consultant
Verl is a hands on business leader with over 40 years of field proven experience in industrial asset management and maintenance and reliability consulting. Verl has provided services in the mining, metals, chemical, education, food, medical, entertainment, and computer industries. He has a proven record of providing successful improvement projects in physical asset management in existing facilities, green and brown field start up and operational readiness.
